The layers and layers of domestic life. The piles of detritus: socks and papers and recipes and friends and neighbours and a poorly stacked fridge. An effervescent dog, stealthy cat, homework, watercolours, crayons, lazy flies, cold watermelon, filtered water, afternoon drinks, cozy bed.

My work is an observation, as a parent and home dweller, of the patterns and textures of my own existence. Repetition, play and the push-pull of a haphazard contentment are explored, with endless opportunities to find beauty in amongst the chaos.
